New 10 Day Challenge Powerful with Tasha - Are You In?

Tasha presents a new 10-day challenge aimed at improving strength and speed through a diverse exercise program. This initiative seeks to enable participants to maintain and enhance their physical capabilities in everyday life.

As we age, our physical capabilities such as reactivity, coordination, and balance can decline. For instance, the force produced by each foot strike while walking tends to decrease without regular power training. This challenge emphasizes the importance of incorporating such training into your routine to counteract these effects.

The challenge includes several types of training to provide a comprehensive workout experience. Participants will engage in activities such as:

  • Strength Training
  • Power Training
  • Cardio Endurance
  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
  • Core Workouts (both standing and weighted)
These varied exercises prepare participants for a wide range of training styles they might encounter post-challenge.

This challenge is strategically designed as a follow-up to Tasha's earlier programs, 'Faster with Tasha' and 'Build with Tasha.' By building on the foundations laid in these programs, participants can expect to see continued improvement in their training outcomes.

Tasha invites everyone to participate in this challenge and encourages feedback and engagement from the community. For those interested in joining, Tasha suggests indicating your participation with a fire emoji as a way to foster community spirit and accountability.

“Are you in? Drop a fire emoji to let me know.”
