NEW 4 Week Low Impact Round 3!

Hey everyone! Tasha here, thrilled to introduce you to our latest fitness endeavor—FB Low Impact Round Three.

This program is designed with no major jumping segments, making it perfect for those seeking

joint-friendly workouts. Despite being labeled as low impact, these workouts are far from easy, promising to challenge and invigorate your body.

Spanning four weeks, this program features six workouts per week, offering a balanced mix of exercise and rest. The seventh day is for recovery, crucial to effective training.

Right from the commence, proceed at your own pace. While we recommend completing workouts in their designated order, feel free to incorporate additional recovery days as needed.

On average, expect to devote about 30 minutes per day to exercise. Each day, a different trainer will guide you, keeping the routine fresh and motivating.

Some sessions offer customization, letting you add a light bounce or hop to increase difficulty—adjustable to suit your intensity preference.

Workouts generally range at a Level Three intensity, complemented by occasional Level Twos and Fours, ensuring diverse physical engagement.

Prepare to make use of a variety of dumbbells, or whatever weights best fit your strength level, along with a comfortable exercise mat.

If building total body strength, muscle mass, and endurance piques your interest, this program might just be perfect for you.

We encourage you to share your excitement with us by waving hello or sharing a high-five in the comment section. See you on the screen soon!
